The year that was.....

Its a week to the new year and I can think of so many reasons as to why the year could be named a disaster!!! But so many things have happened that have made this an amazing year already!! Through all the bad theres always some good! More good comes out of bad!!! And I cannot complain!!! I have the most amazing families, friends and people around me that never cease to serve and do amazing things for me! I have had to many good things happen to me that I can look back on this year! But all in all I am excited to end my year with faitwalkers and start my new year afresh with my amazing families and friendships that I have built so much more over this past year!!!

Over the years you make friends and something that I have learnt over time is that the best friends you make are in elementary school and college! And the ones that you make in college mean the most to you as they are your family away from home. And these are the people who are there for you whether they know it or not! I have made the most amazing friends in college, ones that I would never in a thousand years would mean so much to me! I have seen these people grow so much and help me in my way through college life and in my walk with my one love, JC yall....These are the people that have been there for me whether or not I told them what was going on!!! They just know that you need them!!! It almost sounds like im rambling on again...but you know I appreciate all my friends that have been there for me this past year!!!!!

Owh well the years over and this is my resolution for the New Year 2009.....is to make more amazing friends and cherish the ones that I have this year!!!! Hehehehehehehehehe.........

Its done and over with!!!

Its the end of the semester...finals are done and its almost Christmas......and we're not going home this year, and tht makes me sad! But I have families in Des Moines...it makes me happy to know that even if I don't have my mom and dad with me I have people around me that love me enough to share their family with me....I really feel the love as everyone rushes to take the Malaysian home!!! *inside joke* but Malaysians go quick you know!!! I have never spent a holiday without a family since i've been in Des Moines.....one way or the other people go out of the way to make accomodations for me which makes me feel loved!!! Reasons may not always be right but you know what I still feel the love.........I can proudly say that I am American enough to fit in....surprises a lot of families but true dat yall!!! lol... its really early but this makes a lot of sense right now!!!! peace out homies!
